Since April 2012, Impact Data has been the business providing the critical text messages Jetstar passengers receive about their flight details, and this partnership has been extended under a new multi-year agreement.
In fact, since the beginning of the relationship Impact Data has delivered tens of millions of messages to Jetstar customers.
As a low cost airline, Jetstar needs to find innovative ways to deliver excellent customer service while carefully managing cost. That’s why the airline worked with Impact Data to pioneer the ability for customers to receive booking details via text message.
