Our fantastic update to Templates and Sections has gone live.
Based on feedback from many users, we have updated the way that you can create, store and reuse templates and sections – making it easier for TalkBox users to manage their emails and SMS messages.
What’s new
We now have SMS templates:
You can now see how many communications are using a particular section:
You can create and manage folders to store your Templates:
You can edit a template or section without having to create a communication:
Deleting templates and template folders is now possible (we know that will be a popular update):
To experience the changes simply login to TalkBox and navigate to Communications/Templates.
