New TalkBox Feature – Automated Communications Reporting

Introducing our latest feature, reports for all of your Automated Communications.

Now you can understand how your customers are engaging with all of your date-triggered messages from welcome, revisit, membership renewals, late, lost and more. Understanding how your Birthday and Milestone Birthday messages are capturing bookings and driving more visits.

Plus where you have set up those valuable revenue drivers like function, catering and gift card reminders; you can track engagement and even re-target customers.

To see your reports 

Navigate to Automated, Birthday or Scheduled Communications >  Date Triggered.

Click on the three-dot menu on the right side and select “View report”.
