Most of our TalkBox customers have connected at least one of our Data Partners to their TalkBox account, but did you know that you can add multiple data connections and even use our API to add all of your customers to your TalkBox account?
Here are the ways that you can add more contacts to your TalkBox account
- Additional connections
Have you recently changed or added another one of Impact Data’s connection partners to your business? Great news, your TalkBox account can handle multiple connections, and when you combine sources such as Now Book It, Chewzie and your POS loyalty partner, you can get an even better understanding of the behaviour of your customer.
If your account is in Mirror Mode, then we can create a Guest Account for you. All of your additional data, including website sign-ups, can be added to that account.
We can also run our Member Resolver integration between the two accounts. That will remove all of your Members from your Guest Account and leave you with only Guests that you can nurture through to membership, automatically.
Contact us at support@impactdata.com.au to connect other data to your TalkBox account.
- TalkBox Sign Up Forms
TalkBox has a range of forms that you can use to collect contacts on your website that can be added to your TalkBox account.
Navigate to Tools/Forms in your TalkBox account and determine the best solution for your business.
TOP TIP: If you use a TalkBox form, your customer will be asked to verify their email address. With our new feature of branded system emails, this email can even be branded to your business. Email us a logo to support@impactdata.com.au and we will set it up for you.
- TalkBox API
If you want to connect data from other sources, such as your ticketing partner or from a source that TalkBox doesn’t currently connect to, you can use the TalkBox API.
Contacts can be added to your account and are available for marketing immediately.
For example, if you use the TalkBox API to add contacts from your ticketing system, they can be added to TalkBox and tagged based on an event they visited. You could send them a follow-up request for feedback and prioritise them for future events.
- Uploading contacts
TalkBox account holders can upload contacts directly into their account. Learn more about uploading contacts here.
Remember, if you are uploading contacts from another system, you need to make sure those customers are opted in for marketing.
