TalkBox security upgrade – a new way to login

We’re improving security at Impact Data

Recent high-profile data breaches have underlined the importance of digital security for all organisations. We’ve responded by bringing forward our login and authentication upgrade in TalkBox and Head Office.

Impact Data has implemented Auth0 as our authentication partner. Auth0 is an industry leader in authentication and identity management.

What’s changing?

Users will now have a choice between using a username and password, or a Single Sign On (SSO) provider, including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Facebook.

There’ll be just one login across both TalkBox and Head Office, so you’ll be able to switch between apps seamlessly.

We’re implementing behind-the-scenes security measures like suspicious IP blocking, brute-force protection and breached password identification.

What do I need to do?

After 9:00 am on Wednesday, February 1 (AEST) you’ll need to either:

Reset your password

Click on the Forgot password link and follow the instructions.

OR

Log in with Google or one of our other identity providers

If your TalkBox login email is used to access google or one of the other services shown below you can use it to access TalkBox directly.

Remember this will only work if you use exactly the same email address to access TalkBox AND Google or the other services.
