Wymac and Impact Data have partnered to help customers drive engagement and retention with the powerful combination of Wymac on-premise kiosks and Impact Data’s digital marketing application; TalkBox.
This partnership is already helping dozens of clubs and pubs across NSW and Victoria create a more engaging on-premise experience for customers and improving the health of client databases.
When a member is on-premise they can engage with a Wymac Kiosk to play a game for a chance to win a reward, redeem any offers or rewards that they are eligible for, swap points for venue vouchers or gift cards and importantly update their profile information.
It’s the updating of profile information that has Andrew Wyer, CEO & Managing Director of Wymac Gaming Solutions so excited. ‘We have a button on the kiosk home page that allows the customer to check out their profile, update their information and importantly resubscribe if they are missing out on communications from the venue. The results of this have been fantastic and have contributed to our clients being able to engage with their customers and members when they aren’t on-premise to drive them back to the venue. One of our venue partners increased the contactable database by 7% without even creating an offer.’

HOW IT WORKS
TalkBox and Wymac Kiosks are connected to the venue’s loyalty system and POS provider. TalkBox is updated daily with member contact and transaction details and connected to Wymac so vouchers are seamlessly redeemed. Customer data is analysed so TalkBox knows where a customer is on their journey with that venue and messages can be triggered by the member’s profile, visit or absence of a visit.
TalkBox automates the messages that are designed to welcome new members, celebrate milestones, keep members’ financial and get them back when they haven’t visited for a while. These messages direct customers to the Wymac kiosk where they can use the powerful and flexible promotions engine to deliver promotions based on their marketing objectives.
Plus when a TalkBox customer installs a Wymac Kiosk, a Set Up Package is created where the games that customers will engage with at the kiosk are promoted via TalkBox including a Kiosk Launch communication.
